EXTREME Buffering on every channel you are being throttled by your ISP

Between April 1st and April 2nd Most users that were on Bell, Virgin(Bell), Telus(Bell) and Tek Savvy(Bell in some areas) were experiencing EXTREME Buffering.  Of course as the service we took the hit and received the blame for the actions of the ISP(Internet Service Provider) It seems that the providers have stepped up their game and they are able to see what is being streamed even with us using and SSl(https) connection or VPN they still throttle your connection.

You have to understand from our end we can't see the throttling we only get the angry reports from customers saying everything is unwatchable.  People put blind faith in their providers, you are watching 100's of dollars worth of content that they sell on their platform for 1/20th of the cost at some no name streaming service.  They don't want that so they slow down your connection.  You may have the fastest internet but your provider will control what you watch when they want to.

We came up with a solution..
