One of the biggest issues that many customers deal with using a private IPTV

service’s is freezing and buffering. To help solve this issue there are a few things

to consider. We will discuss the 3 main factors that cause your IPTV service to

freeze and buffer, and how to fix it.

1: Appropriate Internet Speed Internet speed in the number one reason why

you will experience buffering and freezing. Many customers even after advised

by a professional still do not get an adequate internet package with the

appropriate speeds to make their IPTV service experience fully enjoyable.

Wired Connection: We recommend using at least 25Mbps if you are choosing to

connect directly to the modem. If you do not have any other device connected

you should be ne with this.

Wifi Connection: If you are connecting via wifi, depending on your home setup,

we recommend 150Mbps. This will vary depending on where your modem is

located in relation to your IPTV box.

Products to improve your IPTV experience if connected wirelessly: Power-overEthernet (1000Mbps preferred), wifi adapters (300 Mbps or more)

**If your are using a VPN please check the speed to your device after connecting to VPN because the speed could drop below recommended speeds for viewing.

2. Get Recommended Equipment getting the right equipment will determine how your service is pushed.   For serious cut the cable type of customers we recommend an android box with 4GB Ram, 5G wifi, and a Gibit Ethernet Port for wired connections.

Here are some examples:

BuzzTV XRS4000-Android 9.0 IPTV

H96 MAX X2 https://www.amazon.ca/Amlogic-S905X2-Android-Support-Bluetooth/dp/B07FY7DSXQ/ref=sr_1_70?dchild=1&keywords=iptv+box&qid=1611244972&sr=8-70

BuzzTV XRS4500n  https://www.amazon.ca/BuzzTV-XPL3000-Platinum-Wireless-Remote/dp/B07SKKSZBG/ref=sr_1_78?dchild=1&keywords=iptv+box&qid=1611244972&sr=8-78

No matter what device you have you also want to make sure to limit programs from running in the back ground.  Remove apps/program you don’t use.  Clear cache on your device every day and unplug/reboot your whole system including modem once a week.  Streaming IPTV leaves a lot of unwanted packets on the system that you want to clear constantly before they start slowing the stream down and causing channel issues

3. Ethernet Power Line Adapter / *Ethernet Over Power this is probably one of the best solutions if you can afford the $70 – $100 tab. Many people experience freezing and buffering because they connect their IPTV box to the internet via WiFi. An *Ethernet Over Power adapter helps with this. This device allows you to hardwire your IPTV box directly to a source feed and get near 100% the speed you get from your modem. There’s no set technical set-up required. Brands like, Tend and D-Link make it easy to connect. The device comes in two separate parts. All you need to do is to plug one part in to the nearest power outlet to your modem and connect it to the Modem with anEthernet cable. And the other part you plug into the nearest power outlet to your IPTV box and connect it to your IPTV box with another Ethernet cable. The package generally includes 2 Ethernet cables.
