To get the best experience without buffering and freezing we recommend using a few things:

We recommend Ethernet cable connection..use a cable with CAT 8 rating or if you must use WiFi it be 5G

Get Good Internet Average required bandwidth 25 Megabits per second - Recommended for SD quality.
